Today Japan has a serious problem about the self-sufficiency ratio for food. The ratio of Japan was about 80% 50 years ago, but the ratio is 39%. The number is quite low among other developed countries. Most food that we eat is from other countries. Japan depends on importance from other countries. So Japanese people will not have food to eat if other countries stop exporting food into Japan. Japan has to consider solutions so that the crisis will not happen. Then there are several solutions to raise the self-sufficiency ratio for food. The first solution is that each house has a kitchen garden. Another solution is that schools in Japan encourage students to be involved in volunteer works in a farm village. The best solution is that Japanese government raises the price of food imports.
The first solution is that each house has a kitchen garden. If we raise vegetables in each kitchen garden, we do not have to buy vegetables. Moreover it can improve the self-sufficiency ratio. We do not need large space for kitchen garden. It is easier to raise vegetables with plant pots. If we raise vegetables by ourselves, we could surely savor them.
Another solution is that schools and universities encourage students to be involved in volunteer works in a farm village. Today it is elderly people that support farming of Japan. However more and more farm villages are disappearing in Japan, because only elderly people cannot maintain farm villages. Therefore the force of young people is necessary in order to keep farming. Schools and universities should encourage students to participate volunteer works in farming. That also could deepen interchanges between young and old.
The best solution is that Japanese government should raise the price of food imports. Generally, food imports is cheaper than domestic food in supermarkets. So, if food imports is more expensive, more and more people would buy domestic food. That can raise a supply of domestic food and improve the self-sufficiency ratio of Japan. On food imports, we do not know exactly who is the producer. If the name of producer is written on domestic food, we can eat buy and eat them in peace.
The self-sufficiency ratio keeps decreasing, besides the price of food is soaring. Therefore we never ignore this problem. Each everyone has to awake to the crisis of self-sufficiency of food.

Today fast-food restaurants are popular among wide generations. While lunch -time or going out, I often use fast-food restaurants, too. I like fast-food restaurants better than ordinary restaurants. There are three reasons why I like fast-food restaurants. The reasons are short time of completion, cheap and handiness.
First, I do not have wait so long time to receive their meal since fast food is prepared mainly in advance. Also, fast-food restaurants are generally placed in convenient locations, so the restaurants are handy for busy people like businessmen and businesswomen. Moreover in drive-through I can buy food right from my car.
Second, I tend to use fast-food restaurants because their food is cheap. Recently they have some food and drinks that is only 100 yen. To add to their cheap food, we often can use coupons.
Third, I like fast food since I eat them by hand. I can eat them everywhere without cutlery and dishes. It is an advantage of fast food.
Though I care high calories and poor nutritional value, I tend to use fast food restaurants due to handiness. Also, I can fill my stomach for much less money than ordinary restaurants.

I have had two part-time jobs. Iworked at a Japanese restaurant two years ago. Now I work at a convenience store. I will introduce you how these part-time jobs are. I think people who are looking for a part-time job can refer to it.
At first the job of the convenience store is a service industry, and the job of the Japanese restaurant is too. I have to be polite to customers and guests. I work in four hours at the convenience store. Likewise, I work about four hours at the restaurant.
There are several different things. For example, each wage of the jobs is different. The wage of the restaurant is 850 yen an hour. On the other hand, that of the convenience store is 750 yen an hour. Generally, the wage of restaurants is higher than other service industry. Also, I feel the job at the Japanese restaurant is tougher. The restaurant often have groups of guests and serves kaiseki which is like Japanese full-course. So I have to convey many dishes. After that, I have to wash many plates and glasses. In contrast, the job at the convenience store is different from that of the restaurant. Main work is a cashier. Besides, I have to display goods and clean the floor and shelves.
In conclusion, although I often experience tough things in each jobs,Ⅰfeel challenging in both jobs. If I consist, I think the job at restaurant is harder, but both the two jobs are really intersting part-time jobs.

Birthrate in Japan has been on the decline over the past 10 years. It is a serious problem today. The birthrate of Japan is 1.29. It is lower among other developed countries. Japanese government has to consider measures against declining birthrate, because it relates to other problems such as pension problem or a lack of labor force. The declining birthrate keeps going because people are bothered with economic pressures, because working women are increasing, because child care service is not completed.
It takes money to raise a child. Some people are worried about having a child because of monetary problem. It is called that it takes ten million yen to raise a child. The number becomes lager than that of the past 10 years. The reason is that most parents recently have children go to a cram shool and an university or a technical college. Parents have to spend a lot of money for only even educational expenditure. Therefore, some people are worried about monetary problem before having a child.
Other reason of declining birthrate is that working women has increased. It is getting easy for women to take more opprtunities for careers. Some women work driving for careers, other women are satisfied with their works. Women get feel a sense of fullfillment on their works. As a result, more and more people tend to get married later in life and they tend not to have many children.
Nowadays child care service is still not completed. Japanese government and Japanese conpanies have to improve a child care service. There are still few preshools in Japan. People are bothered with no preshools near thier houses. Especially preshools are important facilities for double- income households. Besides most companies admit child-care leave, but the term is still short. So they have to extend the term.
There are various factors that birthrate has been on the decline. Japan can not leave this problem unsolved because declining birthrate will aggravate Japanese economic in the near future. Threfore Japanese government should spend money for child support system. Also, The government should take measures in order that declining birthrate does not keep going any more.

The first day of golden week, I went to an outlet mall with my friends by my car. It is near the Kansai airport. After I and my friends enjoyed shopping, we got on a Ferris wheel near the outlet mall. It is the second biggest Ferris wheel in Japan. We really had a good time. The second day, I went to a hot spring with an open air-bath with my family. It took 30 minutes to go to the hot spring by car. As it was surrounded by a lot of nature, it was very good place. On the third day and forth day, I got down to looking for jobs. I went to some seminars for jobs and wrote resumes .

A. topic: ways to get good grades
C. ・A place to study is important.
・How long you study
・Your memorization relates to your grades.
D. topic sentence: I have ways to get good grades.
E. I have ways to get good graes. First, a place to study is very important if you really want to get better grades. You should study in a quiet place such as on your desk in your room or in a ribrary. If you study in a living room with TV on, you could not concentrate to study. Second, how long you study is important. Time to study is relative to your grades. Studying longer is good, but you need to take a break. If you keep studying in a few hours without a break, you would become dull. So it is not efficient to keep studying without a break. Third how to memorize things is very concerned with your grades. I recomend you to memorize them pronouncing what you want to memorize. It is easier to keep things in memory in this way. Finally, you should not sit up late to study. It will only make your memorization worse.
